On February 9th, Refinery29 partnered with Warner Bros. Pictures for an intimate screening of the upcoming comedy, "How To Be Single.” Hosted at the Brooklyn Academy of Music, the event was inspired by the perfect Girls Night Out,
The screening was followed by a champagne cocktail reception that featured a movie-inspired nail art bar, hair and makeup stations, vintage 90’s board games, and was complemented with a soundtrack of girl-power dance music, spun by one of our favorite female DJs, Jasmine Solano.
With over 1,500 consumer RSVPs, the buzz surrounding the event was undeniable. We packed the house by bringing together consumers, R29ers, fashion mavens and VIP guests for the event. Amassing over 3.3 million social impressions, #R29xHowToBeSingle was the single best night ever for our attendees and their friends.
